Dear Homeowner;
We would like to take this opportunity to provide an update regarding your home located at Orchard EcoVillage - Phase 1.
We are glad to share with you that the multiple challenges we faced to restart construction are behind us and as of next week ( w/c March 14th,2022) our construction crew will restart all activities including scheduling, logistics planning and mobilization to site.*** Please note construction has not restarted yet****Currently scheduled for a May start.
Most specifically:
Just a reminder that the Orchard site is an active work zone with multiple heavy equipment and workers there daily. Any visits to the site should be scheduled in advance. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Support Office at 333 1013 or email Biserka at bpena@orchard.ky.
